We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager.in charge of Food & Beverage for the Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa.

The hotel is part of Renaissance Hotels, lifestyle brand of Marriott International group, a collection of high livels hotels comprising 173 uniques properties located in 39 countries, including historical icons and modern masterpieces, reserved for passionate travelers in looking for authentic local experiences.

Thanks to its location in a fascinating area of the Tuscany that boasts breathtaking views and a cultural and gastronomic heritage, Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa has distinguished itself by becoming the first Renaissance Hotel in the region and first Renaissance Resort in Europe.

Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director he/she will assist him in administering and managing the hotel’s operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards. 

Responsible for the hotel operation in the absence of the Regional Managing Director, participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee. 


  • Plan, organize staff, direct and control the hotel and operate the hotel in the absence of the Regional Managing Director following company policies and procedures. 
  • Develop maximum profits through cost and labor control; maintain the highest standard of services to the guests, including maintenance and cleanliness for the guests’ rooms and associated facilities;
  • Direct and coordinate the Food & Beverage operations of the hotel to ensure maximum profits, at the highest standard of service and quality, including food production, equipment use and control, banquet service, room service, beverage service, restaurant service and food and beverage purchasing.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all food and beverage facilities including the restaurant, lounges, banquet rooms, storage rooms and kitchen;
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.  In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
  • Conduct regular staff and employee meetings;
  • Establish and oversee maintenance of a proactive Human Resources approach to ensure a productive, participative and comfortable work environment in which all employees are valued and treated lawfully and consistently, and to ensure compliance with all local and national  employment labor laws and regulations, also through unions negotiations;
  • Directly facilitate open employee communications to discern grievances and to respond to these grievances in all appropriate manners.
  • Carry out activities related to the role of duty manager.

Requisiti richiesti al candidato

Conoscenze e Abilità necessarie al ruolo

  • At least 5 years of experience in
    a management role, preferably in Food & Beverage.
  • Experience in
    international hotels chains is a plus;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Another foreign language knowledge
    will be considered as an added value;
  • Good communication and listening
  • Direct and negotiation Leadership
  • Strong ability to build good
    relationships between all departments;
  • Opera and Simphony knowledge;
  • Aiming to grow  internally following the Compamy development
